This policy explains how AIGC Pte Ltd ("we", "us" or "our") handles information through this website and BR PropMarketer.
Information we process
When you use BR PropMarketer, you may provide property listing facts, marketing drafts, an agent name, CEA registration number, business contact details, target-audience details and campaign preferences. Please do not submit information that is unnecessary for preparing or validating your campaign.
Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as request timestamps, IP addresses, device or browser data, and error or security events.
How we use information
We process information to prepare structured property-marketing briefs, validate draft campaign copy, provide support, protect the service, diagnose failures and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use BR PropMarketer inputs to make decisions about eligibility for housing, credit or other high-impact services.
Storage and retention
BR PropMarketer is designed as a stateless service and does not intentionally create a persistent database of tool inputs or outputs. Infrastructure providers may retain limited operational or security logs under their own retention schedules. Support emails are retained for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain records and meet legal obligations.
Disclosure and service providers
Information may be processed by OpenAI when you invoke the plugin in ChatGPT and by infrastructure providers that host or secure the website and MCP service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business reorganisation. We do not sell personal information.
International processing
