Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AIGC website and BR PropMarketer service provided by AIGC Pte Ltd.

Using the service

You may use BR PropMarketer to organise listing information and prepare or validate marketing copy. You must use the service lawfully, provide information you are authorised to use, and avoid attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service.

Your responsibility for property content

You remain responsible for checking every listing fact, price, measurement, claim, disclaimer and contact detail before publication. Outputs are drafting assistance, not legal, financial, valuation, investment or regulatory advice. The service does not verify title, availability, distances, returns, licences or compliance with property-advertising rules.

Third-party brands and materials

You may use agency names, logos, uniforms, photographs, testimonials and other protected materials only when you have the necessary rights and permissions. References to third-party brands do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Ownership

You retain your rights in information and content you submit. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use outputs generated for you. The service, software, branding and original site materials remain owned by their respective owners.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, including to maintain security or comply with legal requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee that outputs are accurate, complete, suitable for a particular campaign or compliant with every applicable rule.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIGC Pte Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, publication of unverified content, or reliance on generated outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, abuse, security risks or material breaches of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
